This website offers users access to student news and opinion pieces as well as the ability to interact with their other account holders. By accessing or using the website or our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
All communications with our users are electronic. You hereby consent to receive email and website communications from us related to the website and the duties associated with it as well as promotional messages and materials. You also consent to receive notifications regarding your account and the activity of other users unless you choose to turn off these notices.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
You may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post on the website, you grant The Liberty Jacket non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content on the website.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us. You hereby consent to have your work and information shared with the Collegiate Network at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute upon their request. If any other third-party requests access to your work, we will not grant them access to it without your prior consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Liberty Jacket harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
If you own an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
All users who create an account for our services will be creating a public profile where their posts and comments will be visible to other users of the website.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and edit or remove content in their sole discretion.
Users may terminate their account at any time if they wish to do so. The process for doing so is as follows: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you are choosing to terminate your account and the reasons you wish to undertake this action. We will not share these communications with any other party.
